Your Trainer

Rachel has been an avid pursuant of non-traditional sports all her life, having spent her formative years working and snowboarding in the French Alps, and later sailing around the world working on super yachts. When she settled in Brighton, she studied nutrition & fitness and continued following her passion for the outdoors by running B Fit, one of Brighton’s leading bootcamp companies, for over 15 years.

She specialises in group training and keeps fitness fun with an engaging approach to suit all levels - even those who ‘don’t enjoy exercise’. Expect her sessions to push you to new levels.

Rachel is now a keen cyclist, open water swimmer and surfer.  She is also a parent, so understands the demands of family life and the importance of looking after our health to provide a positive role model for one's children.

​

Rachel constantly strives to add to her skills base as a fitness professional; As well as teaching group fitness and personal training, she is qualified in Nutritional Therapy,  Sports Massage Therapy, and is mat Pilates Instructor.  Rachel is committed to getting you performing at your full potential and has many years of experience rehabilitating people from injury having first hand experience following a debilitating back injury.
