Terms and Conditions

Group Classes

  1. All classes to be booked in advance via online booking system

  2. Please book with as much notice as possible so that our instructors can plan and bring adequate equipment for each session. You are able to book or cancel sessions within your login area up to 1 hour in advance.

  3. Classes are to be paid for in advance or at the time of booking

  4. You can create an account to make booking and payment quick and easy

  5. By booking a class you are confirming you are physically able to partake in the physical activities associated with B Fit and that you are over the age of 16 yrs. 

  6. B fit is not liable for any injuries should they be incurred whilst training with us. You are training at your own risk

  7. You must complete a PAR-Q health declaration provided by B Fit before your first training session.

  8. If you have any medical conditions that could affect your training, you may be refused to participate until you have clearance from your GP.

  9. We promote our services via social media so by participating you are agreeing for any imagery or video content which you may feature to be used.

  10. We will NOT use any imagery or videos of babies or children without parental consent.

  11. Cancellations or amendments are permitted providing more than 24 hours notice is given.  You can cancel sessions in advance through your account login page, however, please try and give as much notice as possible.

  12. Any cancellations requested inside of 24 hours will still be charged.

  13. Bookings can be amended and moved to a different day but no refund will be offered within 24 hours.

  14. Failure to attend or no shows for a booked class will still be charged the full class price.

  15. Please let B Fit know if you are unable to attend even if it is within 24 hours of the class, failure to do so will automatically be charged.

  16. Late arrival: It is your responsibility to arrive on time.  The warm up is an important part of training and if clients miss this, they are likely to sustain an injury.  If clients arrive later than the previously agreed start time, Bfit reserve the right to refuse entry to the session.

Insurance

Our Insurance policy covers Professional Indemnity & Public Liability.

In the event of injury or change of circumstances that prevent you from attending your session, you will be charged as per cancellation policy.

WARNING

Some activities do contain some element of risk. All activities undergo rigorous risk assessments for health and safety purposes but clients do participate in activities AT THEIR OWN RISK.

Bfit instructors reserve the right to STOP any person participating in activities/event if they are unruly, deemed not capable, do not follow rules set out by instructors or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Under these circumstances, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Injuries

If you are attending with any re-occurring injuries or you are unfortunate to pick up an injury during camp, ensure you inform your trainer.  If you are able to take part in the session, then the trainer will do their best to offer alternative exercises within that session to adapt to your injury.  

Unless you have a medical emergency, you will be responsible for any visits to doctors/pharmacy or hospital (that don’t require an ambulance). Our team will help where possible with this, but will not be able to drive clients to doctors or pharmacy, unless in an emergency.

Our instructors are first aid qualified, however, we are not trained GP’s or physiotherapists.

Personal Training 

  1. Personal training should be booked in advance.  

  2. Times and days of sessions to be agreed by trainer and client.

  3. All sessions per block booking must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. Failure to use these sessions will result in them being void and no longer available. No refund will be given for any unused sessions.

  4. Failure to turn up will result in full charge being made for the missed session.

  5. You must give 48 hours notice of cancellation or you will be charged as follows: 50% of fee within 48 hours, 100% of fee within 24hours.

  6. All sessions within a paid for block must be used within six months from the date of purchase. Failure to use them within the time frame will result in these sessions no longer being valid and will be lost with no refund provided.

  7. Before and after photos may be used in promotions via social media and on website upon agreement by the participant.

  8. A consultation will be completed by B Fit ahead of the first training session.

  9. A PAR-Q health questionnaire will also need to be completed ahead of the first training session.

  10. B fit is not liable for any injuries should they be incurred whilst training with us. You are training at your own risk

Online classes

  1. Classes are booked online via booking system

  2. Once the class is booked and paid a zoom call meeting link and passcode will be sent in order to join the session booked.  This is different for every session and should not be shared with any one.

  3. The same cancellation terms apply as with the group classes.
