Do I need to book?
Please always book online for sessions with as much notice as possible. This helps us plan sessions according to numbers and bring sufficient equipment.
-
What if I need to cancel a session I have booked?
You can either login to your account to manage your bookings, or send us a text or email, with as much notice as you can. Please read our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions

-
What happens if it is raining?
Sessions run whatever the weather, as long as it is not dangerous (eg. lightning or storm conditions). Bookings will be confirmed on the day if the weather is inclement.

What should I wear?
Wear appropriate training clothing and footwear. This should be comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, such as jogging bottoms, leggings or shorts and t-shirts, vests and sweatshirts - waterproofs if wet. We recommend wearing layers depending on the weather conditions. You will get warm, whatever the weather! We may also get muddy, so please don't wear your best kit. Trainers must be worn - we recommend trail-type trainers if you have them as the grass can become slippery when wet.
What People Say...
Jo
I was quite nervous when I first signed up for Bfit as I'd never done anything like that before. Rachel was really friendly, put me at ease and is great at pushing you out of your comfort zone. I really enjoyed going and went to as many as I could. My time with Bfit is hands down the best shape I've ever been in.

Bfit is the perfect solution for me. A great mix of strength and HIIT training, taught by an inspiring, fun teacher who really relates to you and your individual needs. I can’t recommend it highly enough
Jen
I signed up to Bfit for more of a social jolly rather than a serious fitness blast, but it ended up becoming a bit of an addiction as I had so much fun and saw great results! Really enjoyed the workouts and Rachel was great at pushing us at just the right level to keep us motivated.
